Most relationship quizzes ask three questions and give you a label. This one looks at 20 dimensions of a healthy relationship — communication, trust, intimacy, fairness, future alignment and more — and gives you a real, actionable read on where things stand.
This is filled out individually, from your own perspective on the relationship. There's no login and nothing is sent anywhere — your answers stay in this browser session.
The 20 dimensions and questions are drawn from established relationship-science concepts used widely in couples counselling: the Gottman Method's "Sound Relationship House" (communication, trust, respect, shared meaning), attachment theory (security, conflict response), and the kinds of premarital-compatibility areas covered by inventories like PREPARE/ENRICH. It was put together by Transform Life's counselling team, led by Gurpreet Singh (MA Psychology), based on patterns seen across real counselling sessions.
Disclaimer: this is a self-report reflection tool, not a validated psychometric instrument and not a clinical diagnosis of your relationship. It cannot account for context a trained counsellor would ask about, and results depend entirely on how honestly and accurately you answer. Use it to notice patterns and start conversations — not as a final verdict on your relationship.
Complete it from your own perspective only. Quicker, and still gives you a full personal report.
You and your partner each complete it separately on this device, one after the other, then get one combined report showing where you align and where you see things differently.
This personalises your report. It stays in this browser only — nothing is uploaded or sent anywhere.
These aren't scored — they just help the report speak to your specific situation instead of a generic one.
These surface specific patterns that the deeper questions ahead won't always capture on their own.

A self-assessment can show you the pattern — a counsellor can help you actually work through it, especially in the areas you scored lowest on. Transform Life offers couples and individual sessions built around exactly this kind of relationship work.
Transform Life provides confidential online counselling, coaching and relationship support across India, combining psychology-based counselling with practical, solution-focused methods — helping individuals and couples move from confusion and stress toward clarity and stronger relationships.
